Website components

A full backend, not just a website.

Every build comes with a private admin area to manage listings, blog posts and landing pages yourself — plus an AI assistant on the dashboard and a lightweight CRM for enquiries. Here's what's behind the login.

Dashboard

Ask the dashboard, don't dig for it

Follow-up queue, lead volume, page views and a simple activity chart at a glance — plus an assistant you can ask directly, in plain English, instead of hunting through tables.

Landings

New model page, drafted for you

Every make/model landing page lives here. Enter the details and let AI draft the overview, value factors and selling tips for that specific car — you edit and publish, rather than starting from a blank page. The same AI Assist button drafts blog posts too, so content doesn't stall waiting on a writer.

Leads

A lightweight CRM, not just an inbox

Every enquiry lands here with a status, a follow-up date and internal notes — filterable by overdue, status or date range, with a one-click CSV export when you need the data elsewhere.

Common questions

The admin area, answered

Do I get to manage my own website, or do I have to come back to you for every change?

Every build includes a private admin area so you can add and edit listings, blog posts and landing pages yourself. You only need us for structural changes, not routine content updates.

What does the AI assistant on the dashboard actually do?

Ask it things in plain English, like "which leads need follow-up this week", from the dashboard itself. It can also take actions on your behalf, such as updating a lead's status — with a confirmation step before anything actually changes.

How fast can I add a new landing page for a specific make and model?

Enter the make and model, click AI Assist to draft the overview, value factors and selling tips for that specific car, add a photo, and publish. Minutes, not a rebuild.

Does AI Assist work for blog posts too?

Yes — give it a title and a short excerpt or topic, and it drafts the full post. You still read it over and edit before publishing; it's a starting draft, not an auto-publish.

Who can access the admin area, and is it secure?

It's login-protected with hashed passwords and session-based authentication, not indexed by search engines, and only visible to accounts you create — not to site visitors.
